Kurztour "Taman Negara Jungle Experience"

Meet at the lobby between 06.30am to 07.00am to be transferred to the shuttle coach for your 3hrs journey to Labu Sentral Jetty.

Enjoy your 2hrs boat journeys passing by local villages and lush tropical rainforest to the National Park, Taman Negara. Spot kingfishers, hornbills, monkeys, monitor lizards or water buffaloes along the river. Upon arrival at the park, soak in the jungle atmosphere surrounding the Resort. Register with the National Park and Wildlife Department after check-in.  

At 2030 hrs meet your guide at the Resort’s reception for a brief orientation introduction. Enjoy a night jungle walk looking out for nocturnal plants and insects amidst the chorus of the rainforest. Do note however, sighting of wildlife in the tropical forest due to its density, is a bonus.

Day 02 – Taman Negara                                                                                                                                                                                            [B/L/D]                                                                                                              

Enjoy a 1 ½ hours trek up Teresek Hill and be rewarded with a magnificent view of the tropical rainforest at the top. On a clear day, you can see Mount Tahan, the highest mountain in Peninsular Malaysia. Continue your adventure with a canopy walkway (closed on Friday), built 40 meters above the ground and 530 meters in length. Experience the rainforest from a different perspective, as you get closer to the top of the trees!

This afternoon, take boat ride to the cataracts of Lata Berkoh enjoying the splendid pristine jungle scenery along the way. Swim, relax or read amidst the serene atmosphere.

Lunch and dinner at the hotel.

Day 03 – Kuala Tahan to Kuala Lumpur (237 km)                                                                                                                                          [B]

At 01.30pm depart for a 3.5 hrs overland journey to Kuala Lumpur or Kuantan with a supplement.
